It is unlawful to hunt, molest, chase, tease, capture, take, harm or shoot, or to attempt to hunt, molest, chase, tease, capture, take, harm or shoot any vertebrate animal or wildlife in any park; provided, that sport fishing permitted by state law is permitted unless posted to the contrary.

Any city employee may exclude any person who, while present in a public park, city-owned building, open space or preserve (for purposes of this section, "city facilities"), violates any city ordinance, statute, city policy, or any posted rule or regulation after being put on notice of same.

It is unlawful for any person upon any tennis or basketball court owned or controlled by the city to engage in any activity other than playing or practicing the sport relating to the specific court, including, but not limited to, roller-skating or riding upon a skateboard, unicycle or bicycle, without a permit from the supervisor.

It shall be unlawful for any person to smoke within the perimeter of any city park (except as specifically allowed by special event permit).

A violation of any of the provisions of this chapter may be an infraction and punishable by a fine not exceeding $100.00 and subject to exclusion from the park.

No food truck shall be located within 50 feet of any street or roadway intersection, crosswalk, fire hydrant, signal crossing, or bus stop.

No food truck shall vend in any one location on a public street for more than ten minutes in any four hour period unless otherwise authorized by the city manager or designee.

When a junkyard, automobile wrecking yard or unsightly storage yard is located within the city limits, it shall have a fence surrounding it having a minimum height of eight feet above the ground.

Outside storage areas utilized in connection with a commercial or industrial use located within 150 feet of the centerline of State Highway 65 in the city must be completely screened by a solid wooden or masonry fence no less than six feet in height.

Retail sales of 'safe and sane' fireworks shall be permitted only between the period of noon on June 28 through noon on July 6 in the same calendar year.

Except for public displays as authorized by Article IV of this chapter, no person shall use or discharge fireworks or substances designed or intended for pyrotechnic display within McBean Park.

Fireworks stands shall be located on property zoned C, H-C, L-I or I. No fireworks stand shall be located within 25 feet of any other building or within 50 feet of any gasoline station, fuel pump, storage tank or bulk plant. Fireworks stands shall be located at least 150 feet apart.

It is unlawful to discharge or ignite fireworks within 150 feet of a fireworks stand.

Fireworks stands and any other material used in connection with the sale of fireworks shall be removed within 48 hours after expiration of the permit and the site shall be left free of litter or refuse.

It is unlawful to remove any tire or wheel from any trailer coach except for making repairs or for dead storage.

It is unlawful to install any underpinning or foundation to the ground on any trailer coach.

It is unlawful for any person using, occupying or maintaining any trailer coach to camp or park it overnight upon any piece of real property in the city without permission of the owner or person legally in charge of such real property.

During the construction of a building or buildings, the owner of the lot may, for his own occupancy, apply to the building inspector for a permit to occupy a trailer coach for a period not to exceed six months.

The provisions of this chapter do not apply to any automobile camp which meets all of the requirements of Division 13, Part 11 of the Health and Safety Code of the state of California.

This chapter shall be applicable to all subdivision or site plan applications... Development on hillsides.
